EMC Mono

This project is a monohull version of the EMC Multi, a cargo and passenger trimaran developed under the aegis of Watever, an NGO founded by Marc Van Peteghem and Yves Marre, to provide services between islands in the Pacific.

Figaro 3

After a call for tenders, the job of designing the third generation of Figaro Beneteau boats was entrusted to VPLP, whose winning bid focused on creating “a gateway to ocean racing”. Figaro 3 adheres faithfully to the VPLP motto of lightness and power.

Ampersand

Initially presented at the 2016 Monaco Yacht Show, Ampersand has since been updated with a rigid wingsail. Ampersand is the name given to the typographic symbol “&” and aptly sums up VPLP’s vision for this 100’ monohull sailing boat: a combination of performance at sea and luxury alongside, tradition and modernity.

Prysmian Group

StMichel-Virbac involved general studies and used moulds similar to those of her predecessor, Edmond de Rothschild, and was even built at the same yard, Multiplast in Vannes (France). And Now it’s Prysmian Group.

HY-X

After a very fruitful initial collaboration in the C-Class of the 2013 Little America’s Cup, the Swiss company Hydros expressed a desire to work once again with VPLP. The new remit was to design the HY-X, a flying motorboat featuring retractable foils which lift her hull about a metre out of the water.
