Global Yacht Technologies and VPLP Design unveiled this unique multihulled sailing boat in September 2025 at the Monaco Yacht Show. At 100 feet in length, she is the first and largest cruising trimaran in the world. This visionary project draws on the expertise VPLP has developed over the years working on racing trimarans to produce what is essentially an Ultim for deep-water leisure sailing.
Focus is on the design and architecture of the main hull, the heart of the vessel, which features large living areas, including an immense owner’s cabin and four guest cabins. Structural studies were undertaken in-house.
Built at CDK Technologies’s new production unit in Lorient, which opened in 2025, the first example of this new type of trimaran, which the developers hope to be the start of a series, is scheduled for launch in 2027.
