After a comprehensive rebuild in 1993 which added an extra 4\u00a0m to her waterline, she was renamed <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lyonnaise des Eaux<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In 1997 she became <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sport-Elec<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>won the Jules Verne Trophy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with Olivier de Kersauson again at the helm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"SPORT-ELEC 1997 - Tous les oc\u00e9ans du monde\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/cH6owVdlu5Q?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But that\u2019s not the end of the story. Sold to Francis Joyon and renamed <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IDEC<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, she beat the <\/span><b>solo round-the-world record in 2004<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, then the solo Atlantic crossing record the following year. Her career came to a sad end just a few hours after her transatlantic success.
